What is a Balloon Bouquet?
Balloon Bouquets are helium-filled, colorful balloon arrangements. They can come in different themes, sizes, colors and combinations of balloons.

Why do people send Balloon Bouquets?
People decide to send bouquets of balloons to their friends, relatives and loved ones because they want to:

How long do the balloons stay afloat?
These are the approximate times you can expect the balloons to float once they are inflated.
11" Imported Latex - 48 Hours
18" Foil   - 3 to 5 Days
36" Foils - 3 Weeks to 1 Month
Note : Foil balloons are Reusable. 

What do you do if the recipient is not on site?
Orders are delivered within the time frame selected.  It is important that you verify that the recipient will be on site during this time, as it is not feasible to make multiple attempts to deliver.  If the recipient is not available, the balloons will be left on site.

In apartment buildings or condominiums, we will leave them with the manager or tie them to the recipient's door.

In single family dwellings, we will first attempt to leave them with a neighbor. As a last resort we will tie the balloons to the front door. 

Please feel free to call us following your selected delivery time for a confirmation of the delivery.  We can tell you when the order was delivered and whether or not the recipient accepted the delivery in person.
