Things to be aware of before you purchase on

BALLOON FILL TYPE

• This is an inflated balloon filled with helium for self-pickup.
• Helium-filled balloon will float for 8 to 9 hours.
  For additional RM1, Hi-Float balloons will float for 40 hours.

DELIVERY

• Delivery is currently not available.
• At the checkout summary page just before payment, you can choose to pick up your balloon order from 1 of the 12 Balloon Buzz store locations located in Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

PICK UP TIME AND PARTY TIME

• Orders can be picked up from our shops according to the respective outlet's business hours.
• Helium will float for 9 hours.  If you collect your order on Monday 12PM, the balloons can only float until Monday 9PM.
• Hi-Float will float for 40 hours.  If you collect your order on Monday 12PM, the balloons can float until Wednesday 4AM.

RECEIVED ORDERS

• Please be mindful that once your order comes through, we are not able to accommodate a change of pickup to different store locations.
